Hello! I’m Khalid, an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant. I design and deploy secure, scalable IAM solutions that empower enterprises to protect identities without friction. With 3+ years of experience—including focused expertise in Okta, SailPoint, and PingFederate—I specialize in implementing comprehensive identity solutions, from SSO integrations and MFA enforcement to application onboarding, provisioning & deprovisioning, policy violation handling, SoD enforcement, joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes, lifecycle management, and design documentation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management – Partnering with application teams (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SF) to gather requirements, select protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and plan phased rollouts.
  • Application Integration Configuring SSO, automating provisioning (SCIM), and customizing login flows for seamless user experiences.
  • Infrastructure Oversight– Managing AD/LDAP syncs, certificate renewals, and system patching to ensure uptime and compliance.
  • User Support & Troubleshooting– Resolving complex issues such as MFA failures, sync errors, and access denials across L1–L3 tiers.

As a Frontend Engineer at TechAlphaLogix, I dedicated myself to creating not just user interfaces, but experiences that delight and engage users. My work was centered on building responsive, visually striking designs that were as intuitive as they were functional.

Key Projects:
  • Baaba: I took the lead on developing this innovative canteen management system, which revolutionized the way parents manage their children's lunches. Through a seamless interface, parents could select meals and automate payments with ease. I also designed a powerful dashboard for canteen owners, enabling them to track and manage orders efficiently. The technologies I utilized included JavaScript, React.js, Redux, MUI, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Climate Crunch Platform (CCP): At the heart of our company's commitment to social responsibility, I contributed to the development of this MVP, aimed at combating the challenges of climate change. CCP empowers communities to transform vulnerability into resilience through education, collective action, and economic empowerment. Building this platform required deep collaboration and innovation, using a tech stack that included React.js, JavaScript, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, Redux, and TypeScript.

    • Beyond these projects, I worked on a variety of client-driven initiatives, from intricate form validations to crafting bespoke portfolios, always with a focus on quality and precision. My commitment to growth extended to mentoring as well. I proudly served as a mentor in the Junior MERN Stack Development training, guiding emerging developers across two software houses (TechAlphaLogix & SheDev). I was entrusted with assessing progress, providing guidance, and helping participants overcome challenges, ensuring they developed the skills and confidence to succeed. This venture was part of an initiative by AKRSP and the Foundation For Youth Employment Pakistan (Generation Pakistan).

    As a Cybersecurity Intern, I gained extensive knowledge and practical experience in various aspects of cybersecurity. My training covered a wide range of topics, including identity and access management, active directory, operating system fundamentals, network analysis using Wireshark, cryptography basics, phishing email analysis, Google dorking, standards and compliance, Ubuntu server configuration, user rights management, security hardening and best practices, threat intelligence platforms, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, Log4j RCE exploitation, incident response, and penetration testing.
    I also completed certifications in CompTIA Security+ and Network+ through Professor Messer's channel, further enhancing my understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. This internship has equipped me with a comprehensive skillset and knowledge base, preparing me for a successful career in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
